Chicken Saute Serai

MATERIALS:
- 4 stalks lemongrass, white part, finely chopped
- 5 dried chilies, seeded and roughly chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil
- 500 g chicken breast fillets, cut crosswise 1 cm
- 175 g onions, thinly sliced ??lengthwise
- 1 tsp sugar
HOW TO MAKE:
- Combine lemon grass, chilli, half the minced garlic, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir until blended. Add chicken, stir to spice coated chicken. Let stand for 30 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the onions and remaining garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- Reheat the remaining oil, insert the following chicken seasoning perendamnya, remaining fish sauce, and sugar. Cook until chicken is cooked. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with stir onions and garlic. Serve.
