Chicken Saute Serai

MATERIALS:

  • 4 stalks lemongrass, white part, finely chopped
  • 5 dried chilies, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 500 g chicken breast fillets, cut crosswise 1 cm
  • 175 g onions, thinly sliced ??lengthwise
  • 1 tsp sugar

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Combine lemon grass, chilli, half the minced garlic, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir until blended. Add chicken, stir to spice coated chicken. Let stand for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the onions and remaining garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Reheat the remaining oil, insert the following chicken seasoning perendamnya, remaining fish sauce, and sugar. Cook until chicken is cooked. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with stir onions and garlic. Serve.
